We are a tiny family farm proudly growing the healthiest and best-tasting shiitake mushrooms. The mushrooms that are sold in supermarkets are grown on saw-dust. We only use real wood logs to grow our mushrooms, no pesticides and no artificial fertilizers. This is the most natural way possible to farm mushrooms, they grow much more juicy, tender, nutritious and flavourful.
